Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before registering or using the Xyris Console proxy gateway and API routing services ("Services"). By signing up or integrating the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description & API Gateway

Xyris Console provides a secure, CORS-enabled, OpenAI-compatible proxy gateway to upstream Large Language Models. Users can execute chat completions using custom developer credentials and access key tokens.

2. Credit Allocation and Abuse Prevention

New developer accounts receive a promotional welcome credit of $500.00. Generating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the promotion is strictly prohibited. Xyris administrators reserve the right to audit accounts and terminate profiles found abusing the welcome gift.

3. Token Valuation and Billing Rates

Services are billed dynamically per request. Token volume is approximated as 4 characters equals 1 token. Costs are deducted from your balance in real-time at the following rates:
• Xyris Models: $0.50 input / $0.80 output per 1M tokens
• Non-Xyris Models (GPT-5.5, etc.): $0.80 input / $1.40 output per 1M tokens
Access is suspended immediately if available credits reach $0.00.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the gateway to:
• Generate malicious software, spam, or abusive communications.
• Bypass security filters or execute illegal prompt injections.
• Run denial-of-service (DoS) scripts or interfere with proxy server instances.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Xyris Console provides the Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from service interruptions, completions latency, or data losses.

6. Account Audits and Termination

We reserve the right to revoke API keys or delete user accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or credit manipulation is detected.
